This is for a FULLY furnished apartment, not available unfurnished. Our fantastic apartment is in the heart of the desirable Noe Valley neighborhood. Book the place for your next stay in San Francisco! Big, attractive, clean, cozy, comfortable, well-appointed, and fully equipped full floor apartment, with the benefit of easy street parking and great access to public transportation. The private apartment features a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, foyer, and full size bathroom with tub and shower. The stylish sofa can easily convert into a queen size sleeper, allowing the space to comfortably accommodate an individual or couple, 2 adults, or a family of four. The apartment has fast WiFi, great water pressure, and a sunny front stoop. Linens, towels, soap, shampoo, etc. are supplied and the kitchen is fully equipped should you wish to cook. There's cable TV including premium channels like HBO. We can also provide a Pack-n-Play baby crib and a highchair if you need them. We ask that the apartment be cleaned at least monthly by our fabulous and reliable cleaner (this is included in the cleaning fee). There is a $200 Management Fee that is charged with the booking. This covers any utilities that go over $150 per month. If the bill does not go over $150 per month during your stay, this money will be refunded upon check out.
